How we treat data, access and AI.
This page sets out our commitments and controls. Detailed documentation — security reviews, a data processing agreement, technical questionnaires — is provided to qualified prospects during evaluation.
Privacy
AI Data does not perform facial recognition or biometric identification, and does not infer emotion, age or demographics. Audio is off by default, and no cloud video is retained by default.
Data protection
Each business sets its own retention. The product includes records of processing, a data-subject request workflow with a 30-day clock, and privacy notices.
Access control
Access is granted by role and by scope of responsibility. Each business's data is isolated from every other. Sensitive actions are written to a trail that cannot be rewritten.
Data residency
Aftermath Ltd is a company registered in Malta, in the European Union. We confirm the processing location for each deployment in writing during evaluation.
AI governance
AI-generated insights support decisions, they do not replace them. Recommendations are proposed and require human approval. AI Data does not make disciplinary, dismissal or pay decisions about employees.
Legal
The privacy policy, terms and cookie policy are published below. A data processing agreement and subprocessor list are provided on request as part of contracting.
Security
Standard controls, applied consistently.
AI Data uses industry-standard security controls to protect customer information: encryption, secure authentication, controlled access, auditability, and isolation of each customer's data.
We do not publish the details of our security architecture. They do not help a buyer evaluate the product, and they would help someone else attack it. Detailed documentation is available under a confidentiality agreement.
Responsible disclosure
If you have found a security issue in AI Data, please contact us directly before disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge your report, investigate, and keep you updated. We will not take legal action against researchers who report in good faith and who do not access or alter other people's data.
